How it works
At Clear Minds, our referral process is simple, and we offer a range of services designed to empower individuals with ADHD. Our focus is on providing personalised support that meets the needs of your clients.
Step 1: Send the referral
Once we get your referral, our team will process it within 48 hours. If we need more details, we'll reach out so we can get started smoothly.
Step 2: Patient booking
Our care navigator will send your patient a simple intake form and to discuss fees, match them with the most appropriate psychiatrist, and arrange an appointment time. Sessions will be held via telehealth from the patient's home.
Step 3: Feedback to you
A detailed report is provided back to the referring GP. In some cases the GP may continue prescribing, in others, our clinicians can initiate prescribing to support treatment.
ADHD pathways
Referrals are processed within 48 hours, ensuring your patient is supported. Our care navigator will send your patient a simple intake form, once it's returned, the patient is scheduled for an ADHD workup appointment. At the conclusion of this assessment, they are booking in with a clinician, typically within one week. Following the consultation, a detailed report is sent back to referring GP. In some cases, prescribing can be managed directly by the GP, while in other we will initiate prescription to ensure continuity of care.
